my new bag :)

this is my bag :) i made it. it was a very difficult pattern to follow too but its finished and im very glad i finally get to use it :) i first started this bag in march and saved it until my spring break and took it to my sister's house to finish it... yeah that didnt happen i got sick of sewing. so when i got home i put it to the side until i finished my personal progress and school. now im on summer vacation and i figured im not doing anything during the day so i better finish it and tada! its finally done! :)

Tragic Sunday afternoon!

so yesterday afternoon i cleaned all three of our cars i vacuumed them, dusted them, and washed two of them. so sunday afternoon my mom and i went out to go to church and we get in the suburu and it wont start... so we got in the trail blazer.... wont start.... so we got in the truck and went to church... we got home and my mom started making hamburger patties. she went outside to light the grill... can you guess.... out of propane :P can this day get any better!

A visit from Graham and Stacy

awhile ago Stacy and Graham came to visit us. It was when Allison, Matt's sister, got married. it was fun to have them come :)

It's finally spring!!!!

It's finally spring here!! and our lilacs are budding out!! they smell so good! although they make me sneeze and my eyes water and my nose get all stuffy.. they are pretty and im glad that its getting warmer here!! :)

Sneaky Sneaky Dog....

we bought Darby, our dog, a bone thinking she will eat it and clean her teeth... but no she just carried it around the house wanting to take it outside. My mom and i refused to let her out with it because we knew that she would try to bury it in our planter boxes. we finally let her out and i went to my room where i can see the garden out my window. sure enough darby went straight to the garden and she circled the planter box until she decided to put her bone in it. i quickly opened my window and yelled at her... so she tried another spot... she thinks shes so sneaky...If you cant tell Darby buried her bone right next to our wood around the garden. she piled it up along the side of the wood. i went back out there last night and the dirt was moved so she found out that i knew where it was and she moved the bone... i dont know where it is now... but it wont be hard to find it :)

Garden Time!!!

last time my dad was home we all planted the garden it was fun :) so now i have been watering the beans and peppers in our new planter boxes :)This is our tiny Jalepono plant (sorry i dont know if thats spelled right :)
If you cant tell these are beans they are slowly coming in :)
These plants are sweat bell peppers :) and off the the left of these are a blank spot where our carrots are supposed to be coming in... but Darby thinks its a digging spot for her...
this is my watermelon plant :) i'm excited for the watermelon that actually come on :)

Our Storage Room

for those of you who have never seen our storage room all it is is a tiny closet thingy with selves in it. growing up we called it our "cold room." Anyway it has been so dirty and cluttered for year, so for a personal progress project i cleaned our cold room, organized it, took all of our junk to the DI, and restocked it with delicious food. her are some pictures of when it was done.
